It looks good but color flow doesn't really look good on logos, destroys the quality of the text and background. You're using that flow effect too much - on text and on logos. That effect just doesn't look formal enough for a pro, it's just like that. :p

The Woakes avatar looks good, the placement is fine but it's a bit too bright. The last one is perfect but I believe that Chris should have been more on the left and Woakes on the right. Better innovation like that.

For the sub-banners, I'd suggest you to change that style. Try something new with the shapes being played with and try downloading some new fancy texts but of course just practise until you get good with them.

The Dhoni avatar is looking great! the second one is the better one as the text isn't looking any good in the first one.

Overall, I'd say that you should try balancing the lightning - most of your works are a bit too bright and the best way to balance lightning is by playing with curves. Keep it up man. :thumbs

Please take out that announcements post. It is a breech of rule asking for thanks in return of giving away the Psd's. Good work on combo though.
