The placement in the avatars is good. Text is well done and the lightning is solid. Quality is just okay but you're improving on it - for now, I'd suggest you to have simple texts for avatars, just like that 'Sharma' one as the 'Rohit' one looks a bit overdone thus spoiling the quality. The text in signature however looks brilliant! really lovely looking text over the render, great placement. Background is awesome and the borders are looking cool but some light brush/lightning effect seems to be ruiing the render's quality. I'd say that just keep 'em coming, keep on experimenting with curves and selective colors and be a pro.
