Depends what the other few hundred ICC Chairmans say about it.

Most of the ranks are post count based, but things like the Pirate tag are manually overwritten. They are not a serious site policy to add, just a little bit of shame for the people who come and expect people to give them help making their pirated copies of games work and don't even try to hide the fact. As I said the last time it came up, I honestly don't care if people do pirate, as long as they keep it off the forums. People who do more serious stuff like link to pirated stuff get banned per the regular rules though.
