In my User CP , it says my rep power is 5. Can anyone explain it?

I guess it means the amount of reputation points you give other when you either rep or de - rep him!

MOST PROBABLY
it means if you positive rep someone he gets 5 reputaion points and if you neg rep someone he loses 5 rep points and some people have more like i remember when mattw gave me neg rep then my reputation decreased drastically so he must have more rep power

also i think more reputation points means more rep power
