This is a vBSEO issue, something which we hope will be fixed in a future version, but beyond changing it so that the url includes a user id (which would break the rather useful feature of being able to just type a member's name in to the address bar after planetcricket.org/forums/members/ and have it go there, rather than doing a member search), this will occasionally occur.
