Yeah, IMO that's more of a national flag for us these days and looks great on the NZ template too! It's got a 1px white border around around the top and right hand sides though, and a single white pixel in the bottom left corner, just FYI. Not sure that's intentional?

i know my new sig pic is the bomb, but i've seen it in the sigs of about 4 or 5 other users... is that an error or are they using my pic too? (note, i have no problem if they are, but i was just reporting in case of error.)

Okay, I've now added it - you'll see the option at the bottom of that flag dropdown list and it's also available as a smilie .

Staff are already blue, admins are already red. The extra banners are used for the Sportsbookie and Fantasy Cricket team as they maintain their standard usertitle.
