Any Improvements?

...I doubt it's anything other than an easy way to narrow down internal searches, given there's not a standard set of tags to use and you can pretty much make them be whatever you want for comedy purposes.
 
....oh some of us already have that button.

I remember a feature in vB "view read receipt" for PMs - if you check that box then whenever a person views the PM, you'll get a note saying " This message is viewed on{Date, time}". But don't actually know one for xenForo.

Well XF is better than vB. Atleast XF has some modern templates[DOUBLEPOST=1440005051][/DOUBLEPOST]Biggs was last seen viewing the thread "Seen-A New Feature"

There is a forum for Stories and it is completely dead with only 1-2 thread which are updated with new chapters once a week or two. I want to run the Hall Of Fame which can bring more members to that forums with increase in activity of that forums.

If I am permitted then I would like to start it as soon as possible. This can be a great move towards improvement of the site.
 
Tbh, I don't think there's much we can do about the story section. Integrate it with the cricket discussion subforum maybe, so that people who run career diaries and stuff have a wider audience to appeal to; but other than that I don't think the idea of stories is that interesting anymore.
 
We have had certain attempts at revival of stories section but they haven't been successful. Stories are something which need some appreciation from the members. There is a lack of replies and it may be because the current set of members are not interested in stories. I like the idea of integrating the forum with discussion maybe or a place where people post DBC diaries. We will have a look at what can be done.
 
It's worth remembering that the leagues forum split out from the stories forum, so the 'stories' section is still very successful, but now stories are mostly written around the interactivity of the league.

Before every upgrade, you have to backup all your files and restore 'em if something is damaged.

Relax. We know come to know about the release of new versions as well. If need be, and whenever deemed suitable, we would upgrade.

Rather than simply announcing there's a new version, and we should upgrade, give us a reason why.
