There seems to be an issue with all Ajax calls on the forums today. The loading icon (top right corner of the page) does appear but then it goes away after like 30 seconds with no feedback to the user upon completion of the Ajax call. This is giving an impression that nothing happened and hence there seems to be a lot of double posts being generated because of that.

I'm not certain of the exact cause, but I've tried a few things - hopefully everything will be fine now.

Seems to be working fine now. I did check the network tab (when the issue was active) and it appeared that the actual process (firing of the ajax call) was kicking in after a delay of about 10-15 seconds and not instantly.

This one precisely. I was updating the header with links to the other three days but it wants me to reformat completely to make any slight changes to it. I've reformated day 3 post due to this.
