Any Improvements?

it means that we can get ban for sig or avatar?

matt (mod) told me about this but still i dont know this rule clearly!

Correct me if I'm wrong.

If your sig is over the limit, you get 3 warnings and then you get a ban for a month(?) if you do it again it's 3 months(?)

If your avatar is inapropriate you get a ban but I don't know for how long.
 
I think that's a default setting in vBulletin so that people won't post in all caps. I'm not sure if this setting can be changed, but to be honest with you I'd rather keep it this way.
 
Not worthy of an announcement but a new game has been added to the casino, but this time it won't cost you anything (or gain you anything for that matter). Tic-Tac-Toe, enjoy it.

Can shouting setting be made custom for users?:D

It links to iBank.php. I even tried casino.php?do=tic-tac-toe and it said I didn't have enough privileges.:(

I Just Wanted To Know my total number of posts, regarding the ones' i posted in the post-count disabled - forums.
