On mobile browser
Seems random. Happens only on mobile though (Safari on iPhone).
It happens with me many times while viewing the notifications tab when the internet connection seems to be down.
Internet seems fine when it happens. I'll try to note the circumstances whenever it happens again.

just got the same a while ago but it gone when I clicked again later a Cloudfare host error which fixed just in a refresh.
