can i use ArtMoney to edit prize money so i can increase the paltry ?42k on offer for the Twenty20 cup winners?

i've mastered editing the basic budget but can't figure a way of altering the prize money for the competitions.

Hey I've been looking all over for some sort of editor for ICC2006 and it seems like I have finally stumbled into the right area!

Just one question before I have a bash at this editing business once I've download the "2002 Decrypted Database" do I place these files in the ICC2006 Data Folder or because I'm playing ICC2006 do I need a "2006 Decrypted Database"?

Does anyone know of it is possible to change payers counties. ie Flintoff --> Hampshire?

We know how to change what county it says he plays for but it doesn't actually change who is playing for in that season.

Is it possible to edit player who don't have all four symbols needed?
eg. Adam Gilchrist 192 162 217 64
Pierre Joubert 241 219 64

Notice underlined there are only 3 symbols and the next is worth 0.
He is missing the first one which is needed when editing nationality.
