Another one of the gameplay video on WII looks like BLC cricket 07 with BLC 99 commentary. The batsman Stance is so insane looks as if he is number 11 batsman who is there to block the ball.

Not only is are the Wii and next-gen versions (includes PC) different builds, they are different developers!

Seems like people have forgotten all those positive playtest reports from you guys! Typical. How about wait for the demo and make up your own mind and obviously by now people you should know different teams making Wii(old Gen) and Current Gen (PS3/360) versions. Hopefully demo should be up soon.

That Guardian review is lacking in a lot of depth, you wait for our reviews here. I think our PlayTest reviews are about 5 times the length! Looking forward to taking the game apart over the review

Tbh, newspaper video game reviews are always dense and rarely should they be used as guide to buying video games. Wait 'till the likes of Gamesmaster and OXM magazines review it or better still listen to those who have played the demo on here for a better insight.

True enough. I've seen quite a few idiotic newspaper reviews - they have a habit of giving games glowing reviews when they are in fact a pile of crap. By the sound of it however, they're right this time.

It would be so nice if EA were to take that stance as well. Indeed, EA are the only bunch of retards who are giving the PC inferior versions! Thanks for the confirmation, roll on July 30th!

anyways the previewer actually mentioned a lot of bugs in the article which are already being discussed in the Demo Impressions thread! Lets hope that Transmissions actually fix up those bugs in the final release!

it's obvious that the wii version is pratically an adapted version of Blic 07, as the helmets are the same as 07 while AC 09 on next gen has the more G&M style helmets. Doubt Wii sales will be as good as Nex gen and PC versions. Can't wait to play this now. Hopefully PS3 demo will be out soon.

actually wii might sell a lot simply based on the novelty of a cricket game with motion control.

I haven't seen an ad on free-to-air TV in Australia. I've only heard of ads been shown on Foxtel.
