I'm getting the impression you'll know as much as anybody else why don't you email all the developers... ? I still feel this is all fake for the lack of any real news other than rumour and generic chat. Chill with the still young lady.

game development company for get the Server of this game, Actually this
game development company has some critical DMCA. DMCA and many other Anti
Spam company has took the step for close server of that game. So we can
not lunch server of this game because this is banned from DMCA.

For lunch game server we need to make some changed in Games files, so lot
of steps will need to take.

This was email reply from a server provider company in UK.thy tried to buy rights for online play from Codemasters for their servers...bliss hosting company

Being honest sister, they aren't going to give anything away to anyone, rumours are rumours and are either flooded in to the Ethernet for effect or are based on 'some' fact... !
