Just in case if I want to upload some audio files how can I do it ? Is there any way that people could hear those without actually downloading it ? Any help would be appreciated

It would be nice if we could post voice recordings, I'd love to hear all the different accents and languages here, but only available for members to listen to!

Technically you do download the file when you listen to it. But I know what you mean by that and as far as I know I don't think it's possible to do so. Audio files need to be added as attachments and you will need to download them to play it - I'm about 90% sure though.
