Smith's batting is definitely more impressive, but it's hard to say much about a leg spinner at the age of 20. It's always a long term thing. He does have a good flipper, seems to drag it down a bit, but that encourages the mistake from the batsmen. I think number one is a bigger leg break. Accuracy is always good, but with his batting, he really doesn't need to aim to be economical if he can damage teams with big turn and clever variation. Even if he was picked as the primary spinner in a Test side, there's usually someone who can bowl containment.
