I watched Perth Glory's second half against...

...

....

I can't remember, but a good win nonetheless. Those last few minutes were pretty tense, the other team could of scored the equaliser due to poor man marking.

Adelaide?

That's a big win for Perth. If they were away from home I don't think they would of done it though. Would of been similar to round one when they played Adelaide in Adelaide.

Perth have a good line-up, it's really strong but they just have a travelling problem. As long as they keep winning at home they'll make the finals.

Sydney playing Adelaide in Adelaide on friday. Won't be an easy match. I'm not sure if we will be able to win that. I would probably take a draw but I wouldn't be to thrilled with it when you look at where Adelaide is coming. Hopefully we can keep them scoreless - theres a big chance of that. Adelaides attack has been really poor this year after losing some good attacking players over the last few years. Our defence is only getting stronger and stronger too.

Yeah, hopefully we can pick up some points tonight. I'm predicting a 0-0, 0-1 (Our way) or a 1-1 away result against the Reds.

But you never know. Jamieson is looking for a big game tonight so hopefully Brosque and Bridge pair up again put on a good performance.

Found this on the net. Did you know:
Sydney hasn’t won in Adelaide since December 2007 but will be chasing three wins in a row - and back-to-back road victories when it takes the field at Hindmarsh Stadium.

With saying that, Adelaide haven't put back-to-back wins so far. If we did expect a draw and got it we'd at least be 3 points clear on top of the table; if we'd win we'll be 5 points clear.

EDIT: Barbiero red carded 7th minute after Bridge broke their defense! Oh my god Bridge was away and would've scored; but if Barbiero didn't take him down he would've gotten' him from the outside. Stupid decision though, just grabbed his shirt to pull him down. But Corica's penalty attempt was pretty crap. So now we're up against a 10 man side with 80 minutes left. Awesome! If we draw here it'd be a let down.

How do we play so badly with them a man down? We can't keep the ball at all and our attack lacks.

Feelin Blue? added 1 Minutes and 5 Seconds later...

No, Barbiero was the last man so it was a definite red card. If he wasnt the last man then it probably would of been a yellow. Corica almost got the ball over the wall but he should of done better.

Pretty crap performance aye'? But you could tell the way Adelaide opened the first 10 minutes (Barring the red card) they were all over us.

Oh well. We got the Roar next week don't we?

Yeah that was terrible. We got simply outplayed. They did to us, what we did to Melbourne. There speed and defence was too good.

Yeah Roar next Sunday. Hopefully I can get out to that. I've been to two games with my mate in the cove this season and we won both :)

Now Gold Coast are going to cap the crowd to 5000 in their next two home games against North Queensland and Sydney. :facepalm Joke club.
