Australian Premier League XIII

Your international players are better than mine as well based on recent form.

I don't want a reshuffle as I have a bunch of good players who may not be legends but surely are better performing.

My Chairman's XI 12 man squad. They should be called the 'misfits', there isn't really a selection criteria, I've just picked 1 player from each squad. Some have shown potential, others yet to shine. Some youngsters who have performed well and others who are out of form..I will only be playing 3 overseas players.

Mahela Jayawardene* (AL)
Shane Harwood (PP)
Doug Bollinger (BB)
Ryan ten Doeschate (GE)
Aiden Blizzard (MU)
Tom Triffitt+ (CSC)
Fawad Alam (DD)
Steven Smith (GCC) - now injured
Moises Henriques (CD)
Xavier Doherty (HH)
Marcus North (NN)
Mitchell Johnson (SS)

APL bosses adhere to McGain's pleas

With the APL's trading period now closed Bryce McGain has made made a special appeal to APL chairman, Biggy, in order to regain an APL contract. Bryce McGain was dropped for rookie batsman Steven Cazzulino, just rounds after being obtained in a double trade by the Hobart Heroes. "It's a damn shame to have such a quality leg spinner sitting on the side lines" stated Biggy. "I have permitted him to be traded by any team who will have him".

So if you want Bryce McGain, state who you will trade him for and why you need him. All teams are eligible.

Feel sorry for him really. If you give me a dusty wicket all the time I would have kept him, but ATM Doherty>>>>McGain.

Great,we'll give him a contract for this season.
Daniel Harris is now fired.
This will give us a chance to play Smith or McCullum instead of 2 overseas spinners.

Agarkar is back. Hopefully, the stratplay will earn us some profit.

If no one else makes a challenge for him he'll be yours.

Also looking for a new manager for Brisbane.

I would like to get Bryce and I have better reasons that bcvs I feel. My team is one of the weakest in the tournament, with no regular Australian players, and only 1 former regular player in Hodge. Having a good Australian spinner would assist us greatly when we play on poor pitches, so I feel that I should be allowed to trade him for Knowles.

There aren't enough poor pitches, hence why I'm not interested in an Aussie spinner.

Lol at some of Brisbane's overseas players.

Edit: Just checked out this rounds, and there's poor pitches galore. :laugh

Yea wtf was Akash thinking when he chose those players

Their domestic players are much better than ours though. It's tempting but I'd rather stick with what I have. Kinda grown attached to this team ;)

There's 5 poor pitches and 1 normal iirc, and I've drawn the normal one lol

Looking at where you are on the table you will get McGain, I think it's only fair.
