If it says RETAIN then you have the choice to retain up to that amount. If it says RELEASE then you have to release 1.

Thanks Covvy. I think to keep me interested I need something new and I don't want to do what I have done in the past and just call a full re-draft at the expense of the existing managers. This change will also give you managers a view of the up and coming talent and help you in future drafts.
