It really depends what it is, like if it is what I did with the SIR's in the NZPL I'd add two more teams (as only one of them would count towards the proper players), but if you add two more teams and both teams are in the draft, it may be a bit over the top.

We could but with BKB1991 and Binnu away it wouldn't be fair.

Or you could introduce a bot team called APL Rejects, just like the NZPL.

I just want to know what the "other" 14th team will be. 
Without knowing that, it's hard for me to really make a call on what's best.

The 14th team doesn't effect the draft AT ALL.

Well if it's anything like the SI Rejects, one team can just play two matches a round, one proper group match, and one match against this 13th/14th team.

Just don't worry about that yet. I am about to make up my mind I'm just trying to figure some things out.

I'd say 12 teams are enough, but it's totally up to you.
I don't have any problem with it but then there will be a shortage of australian players, like we then have to get in those rookies and all that.
