The 'Trading Window' will open on 5th March 2014 (tomorrow) 12:30 GMT.

You can make both; team-to-team and FA trades without any limitation. However, number of state locals cannot be less than 5 at any stage. You can trade in any player of your choice, no matter if the player is included in the list or not. However, a player who is retired from all forms of cricket will not be considered.
