What do you mean unsettle team?

That was a general statement but a very good example would be KP and text gate, little snips in the press can piss team mates off and big ego's. The adage is sometimes the lack of ambition 'allegedly' shown by team mates can make big egos restless. Just human nature and then one person can't make a team but then what if they were an all rounder... ?
