just across the road from my house is the local school and they have a pitch and nets so thats were i go for cricket.

My friends have two pitches that they play on I do sometimes when I go and play with them. A school field where the pitch is basically mud. It dries up when it's warm and goes hard. the bounce is uneven one can carry through at your feet and the next could hit you in the mouth. The other is my schools field. The artificial on there is appauling. It's got something growing on it and the bounce is terrible. It always comes through at pad high no matter where you pitch it. Was thinking about making one in my garden but doubt my mum and step dad would let me. plus the garden isn't realy big enough to be honest.

I also love to play on concrete with a tennis ball. High bounce and decent pace if your a good bowler.
Get a rubber ball and you can inflict a bit of pain, as well!

As a batsman, it can't get better then diving on concrete and getting blood all over your arms and such. Makes you look hard! :)

Here is where I play.
