The top score record being broken, with centuries from Ahmed Shehzad and Nasir Hossain contributing to a post of 339 left Chittagong Captain Jayasuriya twiddling his thumbs.

A solid opening start was what was needed from Chittagong, and we got exactly that! Nazimuddin and Taufeeq put on 141 from just 92 with Taufeeq Umar clubbing it around the park to reach an unbeaten 153, to get Chittagong over line and straight into the final with surprising ease.

A simply Imperious Match-Winning innings from Taufeeq Umar contributed to undoubtedly the match of the season, which saw the century mark being crossed three times, notwithstanding the fact that the scarcity had only been achieved twice before in the BPL by Travis Birt and Chris Gayle respectively. Umar smashed the record sending Chittagong into the final and Khulna crashing out.

Well, apart from Mahmud and maybe Arafat Sunny, Samuels was a lot tidier than the others considering how much they bowled. He even picked up a wicket. So I think you should be thanful you didn't lose by a bigger margin. Sorry. He is your next best bowler than your best six and bowled considerably better, so I would be grateful I hadn't lost by a bigger margin and that the humilition (already apparent) was kept to a minimum.

I guess, he had kept some bowling average for Samuels. When front-line bowlers go expensive, then sim gets some batsman to bowl A FEW OVERS. Though your bowlers were expensive Marlon bowling 9 overs seriously doesn't seem to be that case.
