The International Clubs League​

FIFA decided that they should be a league in which the top two teams from the the five biggest leagues in Europe and the some of the countries were debated like Portuguese teams not been to play in it while the French and the Dutch were able to participate and the other three top leagues in the world the English, Spanish and the Italian leagues. The league consists of nine matches for each team. They is no home and away fixtures.

I can't see any of the Dutch or French teams coming close to victory, but I think it could be a good contest between Man Utd, Real Madrid, Barcelone and Liverpool. Should be interesting.

I haven't really been following the Serie A, but I'm surprised there's no A.C. Milan, as I think they are a strong side. I don't think Inter have what it takes though to match it with Utd or Barcelona.

4th min : Arbeloa gets the ball into into the box straight to Torres who fails to capitalize the ball an sends a wasted shot high over the bars.

10th min : A big blow to Liverpool as Reina is given a red card after he charged into Cisse out of the box when he was one on one with him and the referee gave him a straight red and he goes off. Benitez makes no substitutions and puts Carragher in the bars.

10th min : Taiwo wastes the close range free kick as he shoots it straight into the wall.

22nd min : Cisse made some really good plays down the wing as he runs through Liverpool's defense and crosses a ground pass to Ben Arfa who has a clean shot at bars but he volleys it and Carragher pushes it out.

28th min : Erabati gets a yellow card after slide tackling Torres and he did not even a get touch on to the ball. Steven Gerrard wastes the free kick as he shoots the ball high over the bars.

45th min : Arebola gets a yellow card after pushing Zenden to the ground.

55th min : Gerrard takes the first corner for Liverpool he passes it straight to Kuyt who was at the front of everyone with only on man marking him he pulled the ball to his left and passes to Keane who volleys the ball into he back of the net. Goal! 1-0

71st min : Cisse rocks the ball straight to bars from a pass of Chevrou and Carragher fumbles with the ball and it goes into bars Goal! 1-1

90th min : Kuyt's volley is saved by Mandona as Liverpool last hopes of scoring a goal is lost.

Very nice start. Looks clean and professional. Bit strange having Carragher in goals, one might think - not sure why Benitez didn't have a sub goalie. Oh well, Liverpool can't be too disappointed with a 1-1 draw after losing Reina so early.

You arent allowed to put someone on to replace someone who is sent off i think. So Caraggher was probably the best choice. Not a bad match by the Reds. Like the story, keep it up.

I understand that OffCutters, but perhaps he could consider subbing a midfielder or a defender early to bring in a new goakkeeper. Nevertheless, 1-1 is a decent result when you are missing a specialist goalkeeper.

Kick-Off : The game kicks off.

3rd min : Rommedhal pushed of the ball by Abidal. A close range free-kick

3rd min : Lindgren shots the ball way to high as everyone raises their heads to look at it.

9th min : Iniesta passes to Henry who is chased by Silva, Henry locks him and runs pass him shoots! but it deflects off defender and keeper grabs onto it.

13th min Rommedahl is on the wing crosses but it flies way over the players and goes for a goal-kick.

17th min : Iniesta down the wing after a fantastic pass from Messi tries to cross but Silva hits the ball away for a corner.

18th min : Xavi sends the corner it goes to Perez with Henry and Messi diving towards the ball Perez clears the ball, but Henry Collides into Perez and Messi dives straight into the ground to avoid collision.

19th min : Kieta collects the cleared the ball and passes to Xavi who leaves the ball out for Dani Alves who shoots but it deflects off the defender.

28th min : Xavi receives a brilliant pass from Messi and he passes back to Ineista, Iniesta sends a trough ball for Messi who is one on one with Keeper! Off-side.

35th min : Suarez plays a good ball down the wing and looking for a cross but Dani Alves takes the ball off him.

40th min : Another good play by Ajax as Emanuelson runs with the ball down the wing and looks to cross and he spots Suarez in the box and crosses who head to Lindgreen, he controls the ball and chopped a through ball over the defense for Perez but Iniesta is faster and takes the ball of him and clears the ball as it goes for a throw-in.

HT : Barcelona 0-0 Ajax

47th min : Dani Alves stopped in a sure goal attempt by a slide tackle from Silva.

50th min : Messi get a nice pass and runs down the wing and he lets go a left foot cross and it meets the foot of Eto who volleys! but it deflects of Suarez.

60th min : Ajax gets a play down the wing by Perez but it is cleared by Toure

65th min Suarez collects to the throw-in and crosses to Rommedahl who heads it! but it is cleared by Puyol.
70th min : Perez low ground corner pass meets the foot Huntelaar who volleys towards the bar! Oooh! It missed by inches. Ajax really playing aggressive at the moment


75th min Henry runs through the defense and in to the box and shoots! The keeper kicks it out and it goes for corner.

80th min : Xavi pass the ball to Messi who volleys, but the keeper keeps it out. The game is getting really intense at the moment.

90th min : Xavi runs one on one with keeper shoots keeper hits it out and Iniesta takes up the clear ball and shoots! Goal!! Iniesta scores a heart breaker and takes Barcelona 1-0 in stoppage time.

FT : What a fantastic game. Ajax fought on till the end it was an unexpected play from them but in the end Barcelona came out on top.​

Please dont use the colours fonts, it looks like we are all at pre school and we are colouring in rainbows and just doesn't look like professional presentation. It looked so much better in the first update!

Otherwise keep this up, two very good matches!
