The best FPS franchise is about to bury MW3.

Anyone else getting this on PC?

I shall be spending a lot of time with you then Chewie, do you think its best to get it off steam or go for a box?
 
Ping between here and Texas won't be the greatest unfortunately. Steam is normally the easiest but it means I have to download it and the internet speeds and limits on bandwidth mean it would be rather annoying. Probably will still get it from there depending on the price.

I think not.

COD has already been buried by Bad Company 2 gameplay wise, a long time ago. Now the final step to put the nail in the coffin will be to get a large chunk of the COD fanbase to jump ship. They've already stated they're spending millions on marketing, a nice change from Bad Company 2, so it's highly likely Battlefield 3 will only sell a few million less than MW3. Waiting for E3 to see the changes they'll bring in that'll take the gameplay yet again to a whole new level.

Mark, you need to get back to the PS3, graphics can only be marvelled over for so long before they become repetitive in a multiplayer map.
 
Both games look amazing - and the PC is going to be Battlefield 3's lead platform. :)
 
I'll probably get it for both platforms, for some reason I can't play BFBC2 on PC, maybe cause I got to rank 46 in ps3.

I'll try to start out Battlefield3 on PC though

Lol why would you stop when you're so close to level 50, you should atleast get to level 50 then get onto the PC.

I'd love to play you some time on PS3, got a mic like 6 months ago. I haven't tried it out yet on BC 2, not enough friends playing it:p.
 
Get for Pc,64 Players and Huge maps is pure win :D,also Battlefield games are best played on pc :p
 
BF3 will be gimped on the consoles. 64p online in PC version vs 24p on consoles. This is a serious dealbreaker for me. My PC can run games but not BFBC2 forget BF3 plus I'm too used to shooting with the controller.
