Well there goes the chance of seeing a dream WA batting lineup. Don't know if Queensland can make an impact in the CL but they continue to surprise everyone. Simpson seems to be a real find opening, I hope they leave him there for the FRC. As if he can do similar, he could be pushing for an ODI spot.

Of course. I wanna see Vettori in another game over there and in the Champions League if he can't make it with Delhi. As much as I like Gayle. I also like the state of Queensland in general, not WA at all.

God I love David Warner.. if Australia had any sense Hughes & Warner would open for them in twenty20 and start using the so called specialists avalible like the other countries have already learnt

He's alright in T20, but I don't know why the fearsome tweak he's playing FC, 44 matches, 43 wickets at 67, 2 centuries, average of 23. Specialist fielder? Seriously, what is he in the side for? What does he...do exactly?

Simpson is similar to White when he got the captaincy all those years ago, except White transformed himself from a number 7 or 8 batsman who regularly bowled to a number 4 or 5 batsman who doesnt bowl. Simpson doesnt seem good enough at either discipline to warrant a spot. Limited overs player, not FC.

Have to admit, as much as I don't like Warner, it was good to watch. Hats off though to the bowlers - Lambert and the Smiths. They were the stars....well a lot of it was poor SA batting really. They probably didn't care. Was a dead rubber for them. But still, was pretty poor. Could lose momentum going into the final.

Warner had nothing to lose. The game didn't matter, they were only chasing 81 so he just went for it. Gave the crowd some entertainment to make up for the game lasting only half the time it should have.

Nah I see irotevs point.. i dont overly like him either honestly, but he is just so goddam entertaining.

I cant believe Phil Hughes can play any shot from the stance where he clears his front leg its amazing!

In the current Aussie side I like Clarke. Katich and Hautitz are ok too. I also like watching Ponting bat and Hussey seems like an ok guy. The rest I don't particularly like. Oh except Hilfy when he's fit. Love watching him bowl.
