I'll ask you straight up - are you, or are you not, playing on the 1.14.1 version of the PC version that every person with a legitimate copy of the game on PC is on?

Can you direct me to some video links of straight drives played into the ground (consistently)? I'm a bit sceptical if this could be fix with a simple 'patch'...

Nope. I only ever took video when things didn't work as expected. Now that the game plays mostly OK, from a batting perspective, I'm too busy playing to think about video.

Seriously, bro, I don't have time to try and convince you things are fixed now. Update your game. See for yourself.
