Does anyone know if there is a way BLIC can be played on laptop. I have downloaded the game but unable to play it.... I love the graphics but unable to play yet.

Plzzzzzzzzzzzz let me know

I bought RPIC for my laptop and with the ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000 I couldn't play it properly. I was only getting half a screen... gameplay was fine but for only the top half of the screen. I ended up taking it back to the shop and getting the game on PS2

I am not sure what my graphic card is, but now i think i know what was the problem. I was not selecting the teams in tournament section.... :) Its still too dificult to play thanks for your help...

PS: Do you know how do i check what my graphic card is?

Click on start, run, type dxdiag and press enter. There you can see more info about your entire machine including your graphics card.

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties. Click on the Settings tab and you will see a dialogue box like this one. It tells you what your graphics card is in the box under where it says Display.

I play BLC on my laptop at 1920 by 1200 res and it runs absolutely fine. The problem is probabaly with your video card. IBM laptops don't bother having a good vid card in them.

if you can only see half the screen which happened to me when i first installed the game then all you have to do is change the display mode which you can do by selecting the configure option when the game autoruns

yeah! it says its not compatible with laptops because most laptops have integrated vid cards and dont have shaders or pixel power to run dx 9 games.

However I have a geforce 6800 go 256 MB on my laptop. thats why I can run this.

I tested this also on a laptop wwith a 64 MB X300 mobility , it works.

so check ur display.....yeah! go to advanced tab and put it to normal i.e., 96 dpi.

try that. but first check what vid card you have in ur laptop.
