Having read all the comments from gamers, do you think there is breach of promise and trust and if so what should be the damages?

was Everything was a hype? feel gutted? post your views?

stand up and ask for an explanation? its your hard earned money!

No, return it if you don't like it, keep it if you do, that will speak volumes.

what about the time spent on this forum explaining what should be there in BLIC 2007 and what should not be there. Codemasters open day..it was just an eyewash!

im hoping RPIC07 is a different game, maybe they lied about RPIC07 and BLIC07 being the same game

In what way was Codemasters negligent? What duty of care did they have?

yeah lets string up RG on stake and let the fires burn

Two things:

1 - In the other thread you started, Sam made it clear to you that RG wasn't the developer of BLIC 2007

2 - Your statement doesn't help eradicate the stereotype of Indian cricket fans and burning effigies

If you guys are going to go around each of the rant threads posting the same stuff I will close all of them except one.

Return? Here once you have bought a game, if it doesn't run on your system its your own fault for not making sure returns aren't permitted in that sense. I think that returning a game because you didn't like it or because it was bad would go down even worse. Here you definitely won't get your retailer refunding you, perhaps with a huge struggle the gaming company could refund you. But I doubt it.
