Bring Back Create A League / League Lists

I noticed tonight that you can't change the name of the Leagues, epl, Pakistan Premier Plate to its correct name Pakistan Super League, same with IPL.

Can this be changed please?

Also can we have the DBC 14 ability to design our own league lists, like I did previously.
