Bring Back Duff

Duffarama was the only person who would respond to our concerns immediately and not step around the situation and he has been punished for it. He has a great sense of humour and relates to other members better than any staff member out there. We need him to bring our voice to you even though you say you consider our opinion all that any admin did in those controversial threads was close it and this might occur soon again with the thread I have just created.

I would like to hear what he has to say on the matter and what he is going to do from here on in. Please show your support of Duff because without him we will have no voice in any issue that occurs on the forums.

I'm someone who gives people **** regularly when they deserve it, particularly if they're a moderator. I've read Duffs post and if that's the reason he got the sack then it only proves him to be right. There was nothing wrong with what he said, in fact I agree with everything he said. Bring him back.

As was mentioned in the statement I posted earlier we have taken on board a few of Duff's suggestions and will work to implement them.

However all the the admins unanimously agree that Duff should not have posted his views on to a public forums and should have instead told any of the admins of his views. After publicly posting what he did, it was clear Duff's position was untenable.

He had undermined all the other admins and put all other admins/staff in an difficult or impossible position when continuing moderating the forums.

We all hope that Duff continues to contribute to the forum and all admins have thanked him for all his past hard work.

How is this meant to be fair? He was a great mod as everybody in PC agrees then why only he sjould be suspended. The guys who have recieved feedback in the crisis thread should also be suspended. I must say this is getting ugglier by the day. God save PC:upray

As much as I like Duff, he went behind the staff's back and started a thread that was bound to induce staff-abuse. Can hardly blame them for binning him.

Staff abuse is only cause by frustration and boil over of them not taking proper notice of what is going on and solving each issue by stoping all talk off the problem
