He wasn't as good as most think, he should have wrote in the admin only thread first before posting publicly. And as a mod is double bad

As Dalek said the reason for Duff's demotion was the fact that he posted it all in a public forum without first even passing his problems onto an admin first. If he had told Admins of his views then the problems could have been addresses before it even came to him thinking about posting it publicly.
