Anyone interested in joining this roleplaying/online league called British Premier League.
The story
In an effort to increase the standard that top domestic players play in the ECB introduced a new franchise league to go along with the Natwest T20. The franchises will be owned by separate cooperations and the county boards will not involved.
The format
Bids are allowed from anyone and can be for a franchise based in anyone of the current England test venues in (Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, North and South London, Chester le Street, Southampton and Cardiff). They must consist of the team name and branding, 2 named "icon" players from the general regions of the venu (North, North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, South East, North East, South and Wales respectively) plus a bid in an IPL like "reverse bidding" process where you submit an amount of money the ECB will provide as "start up costs" the 8 lowest bidders that are in different venues by 1st February 2017 will have their franchises submitted into the league.
