Also need a couple of specialist opening bowlers, for some reason 79C strikes me as a pace-bowler... as does Dutch?

Regarding "Attributes" as long as people uploading themselves to the server keep the online version updated, once the game is in our hands I'll update the team with the updated player stats as long as you guys are still sharing/updating them online. For now, it'll just be a squad with a starting line-up based on your preferences in this thread. If (when you create a player) you want to include basic stats on your custom-self that's fine, put it in the "others" section of that stats area.

...and Meet, yeah this kit template WAS included in the CA Beta, but nobodies done an "official" PlanetCricket Roster or uploaded a squad, so that's what we're working on doing right now.

Surprised if this doesn't turn out like the PCPL, everyone on here is a perfect all-rounder who can bat or bowl their way into any national side.

I used to bowl leg spin if it helps. Then I realised there was no point trying to do so in Scotland.

If you're listing yourself as an "All-Rounder" there's prolly only one of you going to make the starting line-up on the main squad, so maybe pick a specialty... because there's more likelihood specialist players will make the side, certainly in the TEST and ODI sides. Again, this is JUST for the PC.net side - you can be whatever you want to be when you're playing at home, but it's just for our "User-Created" online team for our forum users to download.

I'm going to try to balance the squads out with New/Old members, but the Test side will have more recognizable folks from the forum, the ODI side will have a few more newer folks and then I'll mix the T20 side with some newbies and/or people I don't know terribly well.

I think that's fair.

Also, please make sure to list your username in the CA Beta AND your created-player name so I can find and download it. I may tweak your appearance slightly to fit the aesthetic of the team, but be sure to do all the legwork in terms of customizing your bat, player information, accessories and so on. The more thoroughly your created-player is put together, the more likely it makes the team.

yeah that will be cool... but i wish if u cud pick newbies based on their performance in T20 to the odi and test side
