cant change to a controller

i pluged in my logitech controller, and changed the second player to this controller, when it came to change side the second player didnt move.

It might not be plug n play. Check to see if your drivers are up to date. I know the xbox 360 controller works without any drivers.

I had the same issue. In the end, I searched the net for the Logitech RumbelPad2 installation software, which had to be applied (It's the Logitech Profiler, a program that will run in the background while you play the game). Then I found a site which tells you how to configure the controller for Ashes Cricket 09.
