If they are genuinely interested in your league and active enough, it shouldn't matter if they are newbies or not.

Expressing disappointment that there aren't enough oldies signing up isn't going to help your cause. In fact, it only makes the managers you've already got feel unwanted which results in them losing interest in your league.

After the success of Limacol CPL T20, the WICB has decided to bring this tournament for West Indies' further improvements on ODI format. There will be 6 franchise based countries of the Caribbean, who'll be competing against each other. The winners will have a direct qualification to the CL XIV of PC.net.
