From time to time, and when the writing boundaries at school allow it, I write articles on cricket. I understand PC already has a very good writing team but where would be the right forum to post articles which are written by people not in the news team?

If the article is good enough, just send it to an admin and he'll post it, you don't have to be in the team, I think
The section is really empty right now nad we need some new news so as you can see, eve the writing team members don't post articles that often.

This. Aussie1st is your best bet to contact, as unlike me he takes at least some interest in cricket so is able to judge an article with some basis.
