I'm officially opening signups for the new season. All but two teams are available. Sialkot Stallions (retained by @CerealKiller) and Wayamba Elevens (retained by @X Factor).

Go to the first page for information about the teams and the season. I plan on making this very short, so don't expect me to do the statistics every round. I might not do them at all whilst the tournament is going, and just add them to the archive once the season is finished. I know the section has been a little inactive, so I will be awarding two teams to one manager if we fail to get 12 signups.
