Good idea but it's carbon copy of CLT20 2011. But they can be included but with less chance to win/make it to the final.

It would be best if we don't include them at all. As Callum posted last time around, "Champions League should have Champions only". Anyways, if teams other than Champions are allowed too, whats the meaning of "Champions" League then and its not like we should copy the things in real Champions League. It should be the best option first!

Yeah only 2 teams out of 8 will be the runners up of their league. So there is not much chance they'll win unlike the Champs league in RL

Also, a qualifier will spice things up, can't we try it once and if it doesn't work, we'll cancel it.

That would be a clear discrimination with other leagues' runners up teams. I still stand for Champion teams only!

lol he means that only two runner-up teams will be qualifying for the main draw from the qualifier playoffs, which will consist of all runner-up teams. Though, I too stand by the participation of only the Champion teams.

It would be five internationals if I'll be managing it. Managers have their own preferences. It can be four also.

Thats the problem. Well only a six team champs league would be really short and an eight team CL would be better, and that's why I wanted the qualifier. Had AfPL and IPL not been dead, there would have been eight teams and that would be it.

Six teams will work fine if you just a do a full round robin like last time. It's long enough to find a champion, but it's not too long that it drags out.

Yeah but eight teams , when splitted into groups becomes easier to manage he clashes.
