Or we could wait (for a reasonable period like 1-2 weeks at most) if a league is on the verge of completion like the OPL was this time and also request the league managers if they could up the tempo a bit without rushing things.

It doesn't work that way. The teams (winners) from various leagues of PC participate here. So, they already have the managers. If JJ win the IPL, you will manage JJ here along with Sahil. Or, if you win any other league and the team from that league qualifies, you will get to manage that team.

Confuse at first but this is a fairly good idea
