Well most likely the rain has came from the sea and don't see it moving inland within the next 30 minutes.

Well I'm wrong, looks pretty good now :p

My God, covers are coming off and we are going to have to do some slogging to win it. Dam that rain why didn't you just keep on going.

I was just thinking that this is all wrong.
We're supposed to win the tests and lose the ODIs not vice versa...
I'd have taken 400 run defeats in every ODI match to have retained the Ashes :)

Me too

At the moment though, It's just cracking me up seeing all the Australians moaning about the rain. I thought that was our job too.

I forgot to add moaning about D/L to my post :p

Remember Brad. Mahmood and Plunkett are finished bowling now, as 6 overs will now be maximum allowed.

Well least you english know it's a rain effected win :) hehe just had to say that, i assume you guys will win...

Meh least I still got my Ashes Glory dvd to enjoy :)

133 in 100 balls cmon Hodge this is just like a domestic 20/20 game. Now if only we had White to do some slogging.

I'm sure we're all incredibly grateful for that

Wouldn't rule McGrath coming out and making 61 and making a new special bat for the WC.

211? That is disgraceful. Wickets shouldn't have any bearing on the runrate.

One of these batsman should take one for the team and stall time.

SIX!!! QUICK SOMEONE IN THE CROWD STEAL THE BALL AND STALL TIME!!!

Oh bugger just remembered we got Watson at the other end and looking very uncomfortable.

Edit: Where the heck did that come from, did we just substitute White just then.

Remember how we lost the 2nd final to the west indies in 1988/89 season due to a rain effected match? Horrible when this happens. Cricket should be played where it doesn't rain ever lol. Desert cricket anyone? :laugh
