Aditya I have given you my reason a zillion times. I will state it one last time for you. You lynched Smurf out of the blue. Why? You did it in the last game when you were mafia, and IIRC boasted about it when the game was over. Furthermore, I dont see you and Smurf share a common joke (Care to rectify Smurf?)

EG, me and Abhas had went all out at each other in one game, I was mafia and got found. it would make sense for any of us to lynch the other in the next game, because we were pissed/joking, but you on the other hand share no such joke with Smurf (or maybe I dont know, care to enlighten? [you could have done this ages saved you trouble]).

Also I find it very weird every post you make is a sort of defence, and you are not giving your stance on Pepper/Near/Haarithan. I have already mentioned I wont have the majority by the end of the day to knock you out, only mentioned that I am going to go for you aggressively at some point of time.

Help yourself here and point out who would you lynch, Haarithan or Dr. Pepper?

I find Smurf's analysis interesting, certainly brings more questions into the table. Atm It can be either Dr. Pepper or Haarithan who faces the execution chair, and frankly I dont have any conclusive beliefs on either of them, I dont mind lynching one of them because it will help clear certain things out the next day.

You're still stuck on that lynch? Come on, why would I ever lynch someone seriously at the beginning of day 1 unless that member has done something very suspicious. Apart from this, if I lynch someone, it's very obvious that I've lynched him for a bit of joke and I'm not serious. As far as lynching a member on day 1 for fun is concerned, there isn't any rule that you can only lynch a member for fun at the beginning of day 1 if both of you have shared some kind of joke in the last game. I fail to understand why you take that lynch seriously. It isn't like I provided any serious reason to lynch him or I stayed with my lynch till the end of the day. From nowhere you have made a fun post tuned into a suspicious post.

Fair enough, I agree I haven't been much active and the posts I've made are basically in my defense but then that's because, I have been made to look suspicious of out of nothing. As far as speaking of Dr.Pepper and Haarithan is concerned, I haven't really read the discussion on the last few pages and so I wont be able to tell anything suspicious about these two members. I'd read the discussion later and let you know my views on both of them.

I don't really get the suspicion on Haari. He's claimed double voter and can obviously prove it at hammer time. Why would people still be talking about lynching him?

Some people think that the double voter might not be town aligned which I think is a rather far-fetched idea personally

I provocatively suggested that DV could be mafia to see who would jump on the suggestion. Just Dr Pepper and Smurf so far...

After reading the discussion, I'm more than willing to lynch Dr. Pepper, but since we're already waiting for him to roleclaim, let's wait more.

@Aditya - The thing is that you don't choose people entirely randomly. You have some things in mind, and that's why you do. That's why P Squared's suggestion that the silencing might be random doesn't make sense. Even if yours was a joke, there had to be a reason why you chose Smurf out of the blue, however faint it may be. Suppose I lynched P Squared or BKB in the beginning of the game, how suspicious would it be even if I CLAIMED it was for fun. They are both people who I don't talk too much with on the forum. I don't share a common joke or anything with them.

And the way you have only kept posting your defense and constantly ignoring anything else is also weird and not like you usually play. Unless you're playing a poor game, you're definitely anti-town, mafia or not (considering your style of play this game).

Suspicion on Haarithan and Near has been almost absurd. Haarithan's the DV, and if he still is mafia, I am sure things will unfold soon, but not late. This is still Day 2. Suspicion on Near is the one reason among others why I think Dr Pepper is mafia/anti-town. Like not really trying to defend himself, but trying to save his ass somehow.

So Dr. Pepper has jumped on both the "Haarithan could be a mafia DV" and "Near could just be pretending he is silenced" suggestions...

It was Smurfs post that made me think the other way as well. Could possibly me a weak defence by Smurf of Pepper.

More the reason to lynch Dr. Pepper

Well Smurf is also "90% convinced" that I'm mafia based on the fact I didn't read the night 1 post properly at 7.00am or whenever I got up...

Would be good to hear from the following as they've not lynched or FOSed today:

Varun
Manly2k9
Aditya
MaD
Mark
Chewie
Treva
P Squared
(Near)

Can't get anywhere when 9/18 people opt out of the decision-making process.

@Varun - I've indeed played a poor game. I'd most likely have some time tomorrow to read through the discussion on the last few pages and post my views on the game, for the first time. :p

Just to clarify by "today" I mean since Tuesday morning (over 2 days ago). P Squared is also the only player not to have FOSed or lynched at all since the game began.
