Could not get caps for device ?

So I try to run ICC3 then the black box appears in the left hand corner

and an error box comes up saying ' Could not get caps for device'

So I press OK and and then I get a error report.

Ive tryed re-installing but hasnt fixed it, so can anybody help me out with this?

Could be an audio problem as I'm sure I had a similar message when I was having sound issues, check your sound card is compatible with the game and that it's running ok. Might be an idea to check drivers etc.

Thats probably it as Im in the middle of moving house

and the speakers have been packed away.

I got that problem too
