Created players face issue

Hi all this is my first post in this forum and i would love if any1 can tell how to fix this issue that whichever player i create and for whichever country gets a black face which is total mismatch as compared to rest of the body.

Sorry mate but I have been getting this problem as well and there isn't a fix for it as of yet. (unless you want to update your graphics card)
The way I got around it was making my own custom face in Photoshop and sticking it on a player through the Player Editor.

There is a fix.
Use the select generic face option in player editor and it will randomly assign a face to the player.
Alternatively, as Duff says, you can put select unique player and make your own, but this is more complicated.
