I just wondered how do you create a tournament with two pools. Seems like you can create a tournament with just one pool of teams.

You can't. You'll need to create two separate tournaments and make each pool a tournament unfortunately

I wish if they could gave this feature (creating pools or groups in torunament) instead of so called tattoo creation.
