I seem to really have developed a knack for putting a player in my team only to see him get injured. Getting a bit low on transfers now and the last few seem to have done me no good at all, going to leave the team alone for a few rounds.

My bad luck with transferring players in only to see them either get injured or totally lose form has hit a new low today. Got up this morning and transferred in Ryan Sidebottom. Got home to find out he's been called up to the England camp. 2 transfers wasted!

First time I've checked this for a while, and realised I needed to make some changes. So those changes have been made. Out go Bell, Malan, Prince, Scott, Joseph and Woakes, with Carberry, Sayers, Hildreth, Kieswetter, Davies and Lucas coming in. Much stronger side now I think, in terms of performances this season anyway.

Congratulations to Ari who lead the table for pretty much the entire season and comes in a pretty respectable 169th overall.

Not bad for someone who has no coverage of English domestic cricket.

Congrats, I did my usual in keeping interest early than dropping out. One of these days I'll hopefully take Cricinfo FC more seriously and get a more respectable finish.

I'm also pretty sure Fros didn't change his team once the season started, so perhaps there is something to be said for sticking with your original choices.
