Was originally based at Oxford University, Stanford University and the University of Minnesota. At the time of takeover, it had offices in London and Mumbai, and still does.

Aaah, so I guess it was partially based out of India.

Isn't The Wisden Cricketer Monthly a cricket magazing from Cricinfo.com for the UK?

The Wisden Cricket Monthly magazine was from the same group as Cricinfo, it merged with The Cricketer magazine in 2003 to form the Wisden Cricketer.
