Realism is something very hard to capture, it's not just a case of giving the good teams good stats.

As the game develops I'm sure you will see the game become more and more realistic, however at the moment I personally think the game is still a realistic simulation.

Thats because it's been removed as there are many bugs that need to be fixed. A new better, (lets all hope), version with less bugs in it will be released sometime this week, (hopefully).
