1. This is the 2nd version of the cricketEditor for EA Sports Cricket 2002.
New Features:
*fielding position, bowling style bug fixed,
*now editing .tem files in your save game folder instead of the default teams.
*ability to switch teams without changing files
*the editor can now change player names
Existing Features:
Edits All player stats including batting average, top score, bowling stats
Small and easy to use(???)
To be implemented(might not happen):
Changing of player faces
Changing of player names being called by the commentators
Changing of physical features of player(black/white/ hair color etd)
Backup Features
2. Edit the teams.tmp file in your My Documents/EA Sports/Cricket 2002/User/
3. There are a few known problems with this editor.
1. It requires .NET framework to run(as this is coded in c#),
you might need to download that from microsoft.com or look it up on the net,
it's everywhere and i think is in a 20+meg file called dotnetfx.exe
2. highest score is 255 for all batting/bowling stats
THIS IS NOT MY FAULT, the way EA stored data sometimes quite weird, it makes data
traking
3. if this program somehow screwed your Player data, just uninstall the game and reinstall.
But you might need to play a game or use the internal sqade editor to get the teams.tmp file
in your directory
4. you should press ENTER after you finished typing in each value to confirm it, else it might not register.
