The latest patch contains all patches since the last full update. So if you have the latest patch you have all the interim patches too.
 
I downloaded the game from the website and then when I tried to auto patch but it gave too old version error so I manually download the 2870 patch (i dont know if was the relevant patch) and then the game autopatched to the latest version at that time (couple of days ago) so could it be (early shot problem)?
 
OK - I've uploaded another small patch. You'll notice a value in data\special.cfg - PULL_ANIMATION_SPEED. You can modify this value to adjust it.

If you're on a recent patch it'll auto-update. I'm busy uploading the full version again, but it's going to take a while.
 
I think you must have used the old special.cfg in this patch as now the filoe doesnt contain reverse_amount attribute. Also Do I have to change the world SOFTNESS in to SPECIAL?

Also do I have lower the pull shot value in order to AI to play it late? put 0.5 instead 1 but that doesnt seems to help much , AI still playing it early and missing , let me try 0.1 now.

Edit: Doesnt seems to work as the AI misses 4 pulls in 2 overs :(

Finally solved the pull shot bug using the special.cfg , currently using 2 as the value but I think 1.75 will be ideal so that AI can time both the geniune quicky and the dibbly dobblers.
 
OK, full patch is out.

@Allrounder18: It might be related to your game speed. Pull shots only work with a value between 0.9-1.1 for me. Either way I'm glad it's sorted out.

I forgot to mention, you can just add back the REVERSE_AMOUNT_xxx entries :) It defaults to 1 if it doesn't find it.
